License
On Apple platforms, the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs the app license. We do not substitute a custom Apple EULA. On Android, Amit Kairon grants you a personal, limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use how Ispend on devices permitted by Google Play’s terms. You may not unlawfully distribute, copy, exploit or reverse engineer the app except where applicable law permits.
Estimates and personal decisions
The app is a reflection tool. Calculations depend on your input and assumptions about enjoyment, replacement cycles and life expectancy. Results are estimates, not personalized financial, investment, tax or medical advice. You remain responsible for your purchases and decisions.
Free access and lifetime Pro
Free users receive five full evaluations per local calendar day and up to ten active wishlist items. Basic live previews remain free. Pro removes these limits. Pro is an optional, one-time non-consumable purchase with a USD reference price of $29.99; your store displays the actual local price and applicable taxes before you pay. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Lifetime refers to Pro access in how Ispend while this app is available; it does not guarantee perpetual maintenance, future unrelated apps or new services. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Restoration and refunds
Use Restore purchases with the same Apple or Google account used to buy Pro. Purchases are store-specific and do not transfer between Apple and Google. Refunds are handled under the relevant store’s policies and applicable law. A refunded or revoked purchase may remove Pro access.
Local data and availability
Your profile and wishlist are saved on your device. Clearing storage or removing app data may erase them, and there is no app cloud-sync service. A network connection may be needed to buy or verify Pro. We may release updates or discontinue the app subject to applicable law and existing consumer rights.
Responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the app is supplied as available without a guarantee that estimates suit every purpose or that operation will be uninterrupted. Nothing excludes liability or warranties that cannot legally be excluded. Apple’s standard EULA applies to Apple app-license matters. Privacy and changes
Our privacy policy describes information handling. We may update these terms for future use and will communicate material changes as required. Your mandatory local consumer rights continue to apply.
